Just a quick note to let you know that my recent experience at your hotel in Long Beach was the best that it’s been in the last 15 years.
 I have stayed there over the years and have been through many owners even as far back as when the place was known as Hills Motel—back when it had a swimming pool. This is the best it has ever been. The staff was professional and very inviting...Thank you for having a wonderful place to stay that is affordable.
